She is a crucial part of Red Pass and is one of the only team members that really knows the program. I appreciated her training me on all the RP material and even catching an issue on one of the proofs. She also assisted in helping me answer some questions for legal on the 417. Her kindness and easygoing nature make her a pleasure to work with, yet she is firm when necessary to ensure she gets the information required.”
